Rampai
Aceh - Dance of thousand hands
This dance
illustrates the spirit of togetherness and mutual cooperation
performed cheerfully, dinamically and attractively.
It can be
accompanied only by song, without any musical instruments.


Tari Mambri

This traditional dance of the
Mambri Tribe illustrates a group of war commanders.
They do an excercise on using
the weapons.
They are also ready to fight and
defend their territories against the enemies


Tari Remo

This is a specific East Java
traditional dance which is usually performed at the beginning of
a drama theater to welcome the royal quests.
This dance illustrates the
patriotism of east Java Youth

Tari Jejer Banyuwangi

This is a kind of traditional
dance of the Banyuwangi Regency.
It is also performed to welcome
the royal guests. This is a part of association dance which is
very popular in Banyuwangi and nowadays it is developed into a
performance dance
